The Dundas Bantam AE Rep Blues sponsored by Tydan Specialty Blades hit the midway point of their Tri-County round-robin playoff drive with games against Woolwich and Hespeler.
Against Woolwich, Jack Wilkinson made some great passes through the neutral zone while Jake Jardine was solid on the draw. Nick Jones made some big hits and fired bullets at the Woolwich net. Ryan Waterhouse back-checked hard. Matt Bruder owned the slot, and Colin Campbell made a great diving save. The final score was 5-3 Blues.
The team then travelled to Hespeler. Connor Dunlop was solid, and Michael Wood got the puck out of the Blues’ end by skating it through traffic. Eric Swan battled hard in the corners and Bryce Bottrill drove the puck deep in the 5-1 loss.
