While scavenging for hints they are surrounded by a truly fascinating mélange of sights, sounds and smells—from the Champs-Elysees to the famous Metro; delicious pains au chocolat and the awesome Louvre museum; the buskers in the Tuileries garden, and the mysterious Catacombs.
