
Heritage calendar on sale

The Dundas Valley Historical Society’s 2009 Dundas Heritage calendar is on sale now, just in time for Christmas. Produced by Northshore Publishing, the calendar features fascinating black and white photographs of events and locations from Dundas' past. Each month features numerous short descriptions of dates of historical significance. This is a fundraising project of the society and a percentage of all sales goes to support programming.
At $17 (including tax), you'll want to get a copy for yourself and anyone else on your holiday shopping list who has an interest in local history.
The 2009 Dundas Heritage Calendar is on sale at various locations, including Co-Co Tea Co., Picone's, the Horn of Plenty, Cruickshank's and the Carnegie Gallery The Dundas Museum & Archives, the Dundas Town Hall and Coles Bookstore at University Plaza have copies on sale as well.
