Senior soccer Silver Bullets edge Red Diablos by a run

Under 12 boys: Dr. Collin Day Silver Bullets triumphed 4-3 over Red Diablos in Senior soccer action. For Dr. Day, Boyce Forrest had booming kicks and Braeyden Kozman gave 150 per cent effort. MVPs for the Red Diablos were Ryan Vandervelde and Walid Abdulaziz.

Virtual Image White Lightning beat Sky Blue. Virtual's Joshua Cunningham controlled the midfield and Ben Dorsey defended diligently.

Wayne Nichols Insurance Agency won 5-2 against Huisman Construction. Jessica Willis played a good defensive game for Huisman. Wayne Nichols' midfielder Julia Nadanovsky was instrumental in keeping the ball on the other end of the pitch while providing long passes up the side to our forwards.

Ferretti Wellness Centre played Bertram Retirement Place. For Ferretti, Rachel Anderson and Breanne Kelly-Elder showed smooth defensive moves. For Bertram, Rebecca Dejong provided strength as forward and defender Chloe Neale played like a pro.

Teff-Line Limited and Royal Canadian Legion tied 1-1. Special recognition to Teff-Line's defensive line for their impressive challenging.

Under 14: Jeff Saunders CFP's dynamic offensive duo of Paul Kolb and Grant Saunders earned five points between them. On the opposition, Kevin and Trevor Jones lit up the field for S & S Electric.

Dairy Queen's Dylan Mainprize and Mitchell Brown challenged the Jeff Saunders team next. DQ scored twice, but Saunders' R.J. Beeson found the net, too. Duncan Gammel registered his first goal of the year. Saunders won 4-2.

Ferretti Wellness Centre defeated Murray's Mobile Services 2-1. MVPs for Murray's were Courtney Weavers for her aggressive defence and Dana Blanken for awesome goaltending. For Ferretti, MVPs were goalie Maya Lyn and Gabriela Dominguez, who netted the winning goal.

Ferretti Wellness Centre defeated Bouling Metals. Forward Jessica Rose scored two goals and Evelyna Kay was sturdy in midfield.

Eight Days a Week overcame Jensen Windows 2-1. Chazz Delloglio and Andrew Tudball led Eight Days to victory.
