Waterdown took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the third in the next matchup. Dundas replied in the top of the fourth with two runs. In the bottom of the fifth, Waterdown had runners at first and second with one out. After making a diving catch for the second out, left fielder Nic Panagioutou threw from his knees to second for the final out of the inning. Waterdown tied it 2-2. Devon Ambrose had a strong game on the mound while Coleman and Panagioutou were great at the plate.

To advance to the semis Dundas needed to win or tie against Port Hope. After an inning Port Hope was up 3 -1. The third saw Dundas load the bases. Panagioutou singled to bring in Dan Globerman, and a Brian Mills' sacrifice fly scored Barbeau. Dundas held Port Hope scoreless, then in the top of the seventh Tory Morgan and Barbeau scored to tie the game at five. Adam Dyment walked the first batter in the seventh but struck out the next two. Cal Coleman threw out Port Hope's player attempting to steal second to end the game tied.

The championship game was Dundas versus Waterdown. Three doubles at the top of the second by Coleman, Panagioutou and Guastadesegni got Dundas on the scoreboard. Mills' single got him to first but throwing errors allowed him to score. Waterdown scored two in their half of the inning, and after two, Dundas was up 4-2. After several scoreless innings the fifth saw Waterdown with runners on second and third with two out. With a 3 -0 count on the hitter, Dundas made a pitching change. Adam Dyment relieved Dave Wilson. A shallow single to centre scored the third Waterdown run. In the bottom of the seventh, Dundas faced the top of the Waterdown lineup. The first out was a strikeout. Globerman made a great scoop at first to get the second out and with a 2-2 count, the Waterdown batter watched strike three go by for the final out of the game.
