
Are you a senior, disabled person or recovering from surgery or an injury?
Are you unable to cook a nutritious meal for yourself? Call Meals on Wheels a program provided by Dundas Community Services.
A volunteer driver/server will deliver a hot meal to your door, consisting of a bowl of soup, two pieces of bread, a main entrÈe of meat with two vegetables and dessert.
Meals are $5.50 and can be delivered up to five days a week. Frozen meals may also be ordered . Call DCS at 905-627-5461 for more information.
St. Paul's hosts forum on anti-racism initiatives
On Sunday, March 30 at 7:30 p.m., St. Paul's United Church, 29 Park St. W., Dundas, holds a forum on anti-racism initiatives in the community.
Guest speakers Sandra Wilson from Hamilton Police Services and Mike Rehill from the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board will discuss education and youth.
