Bellowing birthday greetings
Retailers and residents were recently caught off guard when town crier Al Freeman showed up in downtown Dundas to bellow 50th birthday greetings. Their surprise, however, paled in comparison to that of the overwhelmed half-century-old recipient, Leah Morgenstern, who had hoped to keep this milestone date quiet. Friends and family clearly had other plans.
